The Steps to Designing Your Complete Backyard
Consultation
Meet with your designer for a complimentary consultation at your home or build site. Together, we’ll establish your vision, inspiration, and goals for your project.
Design Proposal / Site Analysis
After signing your Design Proposal, we’ll perform a detailed site analysis, gathering measurements, photos, and site details to inform your conceptual design.
Conceptual Design
Using the site analysis, your designer will create a bespoke conceptual design for your space.
Design Review & Development
Review your 2D/3D conceptual design, outdoor features, and functionality. Share feedback, and we’ll make revisions to perfect your design.
Project Proposal
Once revisions are finalized, we’ll provide a detailed Project Proposal, including cost breakdowns, highlights, and a payment schedule.
Agreement
With the Project Deposit received, we’ll begin construction drawings for permits and prepare to break ground on your outdoor project.
