This contemporary, modern design fits well into this Dallas back yard. The goal was to balance the style of the home and extend the living area out into the back yard. This was accomplished by tucking the pool towards the backside of the yard and wrapping it around the existing column of the patio. Then we created a kitchen area so that when you first walk out the back door you have easy access to the backyard and it feels like an extension of the living area. All this while still leaving enough grass for the little ones to play. The free form tan ledge allowed smooth access into the shallow end and created a fun way to jump into the deep end from the other side.
